• Minimum 3 night stay.
• A 70% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• We accept only Bank transfer.
• We do not accept credit card.

The cancellations made at the last moment create a serious damage to the farm leaving the house empty, following our policies of cancellation:

Cancellations made 60 day first of the date of arrival will receive a refund of 100% after 60 days will lose the deposit/money paid.

We acknowledge that accidents may occur, but any loss or malicious or reckless damage will be debited from the guest’s account.
